Elizabeth Ricks is a Visiting Associate Professor of the Practice, Analytics teaching data storytelling and business communication in the Wake Forest University School of Business. Elizabeth holds a master’s in business analytics from St. Joseph’s University and a bachelor’s in business administration from West Virginia University. Ricks brings a wealth of practical experience to her role, having taught data storytelling and business communication in corporate workshops to Fortune 500 companies worldwide while working under best-selling author Cole Nussbaumer Knaflic’s Storytelling with Data organization. Previously, she served as an Assistant Vice President of Small Business Analytics at Bank of America and as a healthcare Relationship Manager for Merck. She has also been an adjunct professor for the WFU Online MBA and Online MSBA programs since 2021, teaching visual analytics and influencing.
