Hamza F. Alsarhan, D.Eng.

Dr. Hamza F. Alsarhan is an entrepreneur, technologist, and Adjunct Professor specializing in artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and engineering management. He brings a unique blend of academic insight and industry experience, having led AI-driven initiatives across sectors such as renewable energy, financial services, and logistics. Dr. Alsarhan is the Founder and CEO of OpsHeaven Technologies (OHT), a technology firm focused on two core offerings: AI implementation and strategy consulting, and a startup studio that builds and launches ventures leveraging cutting-edge technologies to transform traditional industries. Through OHT, he has helped global organizations enhance their operations using automation, intelligent systems, and applied machine learning. In addition to leading the firm, he actively advises several AI startups born out of the OHT venture studio, guiding them through product development, market entry, and technical strategy. Previously, Dr. Alsarhan served as Vice President of Customer Experience and Programs at Unirac, Inc., a leading solar racking manufacturer. In this role, he oversaw engineering services, customer success, marketing, and software initiatives. Before that, he was Director of Digital Lending at Global Lending Services, where he launched and scaled a tech-enabled auto lending platform in partnership with major banks and marketplaces. His earlier experience includes roles as a Financial Engineer at Moody’s Analytics and as an iOS & QA Engineer at a healthcare startup called iDialogs.
