With two decades of experience and a passion for creating exceptional consumer experiences, Lakesha Holloway is an award-winning executive who has helped to expand digital footprints for brands in the financial, healthcare, media, non-profit, and education industries. Today, Lakesha serves as AVP, Consumer Data & Relationship Management at Advocate Health, where she leads a team that leverages comprehensive consumer data, robust relationship management, and advanced AI to obtain a 360-degree view of Advocate’s consumer audiences and deliver personalized, seamless, and secure experiences, ensuring meaningful interactions and trust across every touchpoint in the journey.

Over the course of her career, Lakesha has secured her reputation as a hands-on, entrepreneurial leader with a proven talent for developing and implementing comprehensive digital and consumer experience strategies in the healthcare space. Her extensive experience, along with her deep understanding of diverse consumer journeys, continues to inform her approach to driving engagement and growth. For her accomplishments, Lakesha has been recognized as a Salesforce Marketing Champion, Salesforce Connection Conference Speaker, and a Cynopsis Digital “It” List honoree. She is 3x Salesforce Certified and a Trailhead Ranger.

Lakesha holds a Master of Science in Marketing Management from the University of Maryland’s University College, a Master of Science in Internet Marketing from Full Sail University, and a Bachelor of Science in Management Science from the University of South Carolina. She is currently completing a Certificate in AI Business Strategy from Johns Hopkins University.

When she is not studying for the next certification, Lakesha enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her husband, Nate, and their two sons, Caleb and Caden. She is also the founder of Working Mom Champion, a platform dedicated to empowering working moms to create harmony-driven, guilt-free lives while excelling in their careers.
