Markell L. Storay

Markell Storay is a senior technology executive and innovative strategist known for leading large-scale digital transformation across complex public-sector organizations. As the Chief Information Officer for the City of Charlotte, he oversees citywide technology strategy, enterprise modernization, cybersecurity, data governance, digital equity, and emerging AI capabilities for one of the fastest-growing municipalities in the country.
