With over two decades in higher education, Melanie has become a seasoned professional experienced in academic and career advising, student success, recruiting, enrollment, student onboarding, teaching, instructional design and development, and training. Her passion for continuous learning is a driving force in her career, reflecting her dedication to staying informed and adapting to new educational trends.
Beyond Melanie’s professional pursuits, her priority remains my family. Celebrating 30 years of marriage to her high school sweetheart, she takes pride in being a dedicated mom to two adult sons. The love and support of my family motivates her, shaping both her personal and professional life.
