Dr. Sandy Wiley Skinner has worked in public education for 20+ years as a teacher, assistant principal, and principal in St. Louis Public, Ladue and Ritenour Schools. She currently serves as the assistant superintendent of the Human Resources Department in the Webster Groves School District. She also works collaboratively with colleges and universities in preparing our next generation of educators and human resources professionals. In addition, she has been an adjunct professor at St. Louis University. Through this work, she has hoped to build more secure and positive bridges between all who work for children in school districts. It is her goal to further create a work environment that attracts and retains the best diverse employees and promote student learning, achievement with an effective response to addressing the opportunity gap. Sandy is a tireless leader who is committed to the people who work daily to support students.
