Dr. Bouhairie is triple board-certified in Endocrinology, Obesity Medicine, and Lifestyle Medicine. She currently serves as a Medical Director at OneHome, Humana’s clinical post-acute care arm. She is also the Founder and CEO of Parry’s Wellness, an organization dedicated to advancing health education and chronic disease prevention.
In addition to her professional roles, Dr. Bouhairie serves on several national committees, including the American Diabetes Association’s Health Disparities Committee, Education Recognition Program Committee, and Wellness & Nutrition Committee. She is also a national speaker for various organizations, including the American Diabetes Association. Deeply committed to community health, she leads initiatives focused on improving health literacy and advancing population health outcomes.
Her contributions have been recognized with the 2024 Equity of Care Award from the American College of Healthcare Executives and a nomination for the 2025 Crowns of Enterprise Award by the City of Charlotte.
Dr. Bouhairie proudly serves on the Board of Directors for DiabetesSisters, an international nonprofit supporting women with or at risk for diabetes.
