Recognizing the significance of effective team leadership, this comprehensive 1-day program is meticulously designed to equip participants with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to not only build and lead teams but also to navigate the challenges inherent in various team structures, including standing, temporary, and virtual teams. This 1-day program will provide the participant with the knowledge and tools to build and lead effective teams through the use of a team charter. How to approach difficult conversations, manage conflict, build trust with others, and shape a culture of empowerment and shared leadership.

The cost of the next iteration of the program is $995. The course fee includes materials, continental breakfast and lunch, and is due in full at time of registration.

This program is designed for both new and experienced leaders wishing to enhance their ability to build and lead effective teams. Interested participants are encouraged to attend individually or in teams from their organizations.

- 8:20-8:30 Introductions and program overview
- 8:30– 10:00 Session 1 – Building cohesive and aligned teams: The charter process
- 10:00 – 10:15 Break
- 10:15 – 11:45 Session 2 – Leveraging conflict and challenging conversations to foster growth
- 11:45 – 12:00 Morning recap & group review
- 12:00 – 12:30 Lunch
- 12:30 – 2:15 Session 3 – Amplifying your leader impact through empowerment and learning
- 2:15 – 2:30 Break
- 2:30 – 4:00 Session 4 – Leading teams (standing, temporary, remote, and/or virtual)
- 4:00 – 4:15 Review and group discussion
Course materials are included in the cost of tuition. Course materials will be distributed in paper format at the beginning of the workshop. Electronic materials can be provided upon request.
Program Cancellation
This course is offered contingent upon sufficient enrollment. If a course must be cancelled, all registered participants will be notified at least five (5) calendar days before the course’s start date. All registered participants will receive a 100% tuition refund. No fees will be charged for cancelled courses.
Individual Cancellation – Refund Policy
Prospective participants who withdraw at least 10 days prior to the start of a course will receive a full refund of tuition paid.
