Implementing AI into an organization offers substantial opportunities, including streamlining operations, enhancing decision-making, and elevating customer interactions. However, it also brings complex operational, ethical, and legal challenges that require careful attention to ensure responsible use. This hands-on workshop is designed to equip participants with critical knowledge about AI adoption, emphasizing key areas such as risk management, data governance, confidentiality, and legal implications. Using real-world examples of AI integration in business, the workshop will illustrate how companies are successfully balancing innovation with responsible AI usage and highlight the importance of aligning AI initiatives with compliance standards.

- 8:30 – 10:15 Session 1 – Identifying AI Use Cases and Opportunities
- Discussion on AI foundations: what AI can (and cannot) do in business contexts.
- Exercise: Identifying AI-ready tasks using structured prompts
- Group activity: Identifying potential AI applications in participants’ organizations.

- 10:30 – 12:00 Session 2 – Building AI Solutions: Hands-On with Prompts
- Intro to crafting effective AI prompts
- Practical exercise: Create and refine prompts for AI tools relevant to organizational needs.
- Claude/GPT Demo: Example project

- 12:45 – 2:15 Session 3 – AI Integration: Managing Change
- Discuss change management frameworks
- Role-playing: Handling organizational resistance to AI adoption.
- Exercise: Develop a phased AI integration plan using a practical framework like PQAM

Course materials are included in the cost of tuition. Materials will be provided in paper format during the class and/or distributed electronically. Participants will also need:
- A laptop for interactive exercises.
- Basic familiarity with AI concepts is recommended but not required.
- Any relevant organizational data on current AI or tech initiatives (optional).
Program Cancellation
This course is offered contingent upon sufficient enrollment. If a course must be cancelled, all registered participants will be notified at least five (5) calendar days before the course’s start date. All registered participants will receive a 100% tuition refund. No fees will be charged for cancelled courses.
Individual Cancellation – Refund Policy
Prospective participants who withdraw at least 10 days prior to the start of a course will receive a full refund of tuition paid.
