Ann-Marie Dunphy is a senior business operations and IT executive with over 25 years of experience in multiple industries, including education services, financial services, consulting, and supply chain. She is a subject matter expert in designing best-practice project management methodologies, processes, and tools. She is a results-driven executive, experienced in driving mission-critical, high-impact global projects, programs, processes, and systems. She also possesses strong interpersonal skills (relationship building, negotiations, communication, high-performance team building, staff training/mentoring, leadership, and stakeholder buy-in). She thrives on challenges, multitasking, problem-solving, and meeting impossible deadlines, and has the reputation of a “can do” attitude and work ethic. Ann-Marie has been teaching since 2017 as an adjunct professor at Northeastern University in Boston, MA, as well as a remote program leader via Emeritus at the University of Cambridge Judge Business School.
