Mariana Morini is a program and product management leader with experience driving complex initiatives across technology, operations, and business transformation. She has led cross-functional teams, managed enterprise programs, and partnered with senior leaders to deliver outcomes using Agile, hybrid, and traditional delivery models.

She currently serves as Founder & Principal, Strategic Programs at The Plan 4 Life, where she applies program governance, risk management, and structured decision-making principles to design and deliver strategic programs that help individuals and families identify, understand, and mitigate long-term financial risks within a regulated environment.

Mariana is an active leader within the Project Management Institute (PMI) Carolina and currently serves as President-Elect, following multiple volunteer leadership roles focused on mentorship, professional development, and community engagement. She is passionate about bridging academic frameworks with real-world execution and supporting the development of future project and program management professionals.

Trilingual in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, Mariana brings a global perspective shaped by her professional journey from Brazil to the United States. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys outdoor activities, DIY projects, travel, and spending time with her pets, and she is a strong advocate for lifelong learning, inclusive leadership, and community-driven impact.
