Ruth Krystopolski serves as the President of Ayin Health Solutions. She joined Providence November 29, 2021. Ruth is committed to ensuring healthcare is affordable and accessible to all. She is driven passionately by bringing value to communities through enabling solutions, partnerships, and collaboration. Ruth has broad and deep experience across the healthcare continuum, including value-based care, system-level care management, employer solutions, and call center capabilities. Throughout her experience, she has led technology and analytics solutions to help empower forward progress supporting providers, employers, and payers on how care is delivered. With more than three decades of broad based healthcare experience, Ruth has led a number of system wide initiatives including developing enterprise wide population health programs, development and implementation of value-based care models across organizations, leading direct to employer solutions, leading provider sponsored health plans (multi product and state), implementing a variety of alternative payment arrangements (such as bundled payments and potential accountable care organizations) and works cross functionally with system colleagues on implementation of new delivery models. Ruth is an active leader with an eagerness to serve; bringing her experience in value-based care and population health solutions to further the Ayin mission of enabling communities to manage healthcare locally.
