Wayne teaches, speaks, and consults on project management, agile management, change management, quality management, leadership and team development, curriculum development, and return on investment (ROI) around the world to Fortune 500 companies. Wayne is active with the Project Management Institute (PMI); having been a contributor to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBoK) Guide fourth, fifth, sixth, and seventh editions as well as being a PMI chapter President. Wayne is a retired Air Force veteran with over 25 years’ experience from the Air Force as a program manager for AF technology training and curriculum development programs. Wayne co-authored “Project Management ROI: A Step-by-Step Guide for Measuring the Impact and ROI for Projects”. He has developed and taught numerous programs for both degree and certificates.
